Cordillera Administrative Region or CAR is located in north central Luzon. CAR is the only landlocked region in the country and is primarily mountainous. Baguio City in Benguet is the region’s centre.

CAR is comprised of six provinces: Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga and Mountain Province.

Fun Fact: The region is famous for a view of a sea of clouds. One site to witness this is Mount Pulag, the highest mountain in Luzon, which is located in Benguet.
